Meet our founder
In 2007 I observed 3-5 years olds watching their older siblings play local weekend sports, eager to get on the field. I realised that children under five had no opportunity to learn and explore the fundamental skills of football. And so I opened Soccajoeys: Australia's first preschool soccer program in the St George area of Sydney.
I've always had a passion for early childhood development and sport, and dreamed of running my own business. After a short time I began to realise there was an opportunity to help others who shared the same goals.
As the founder of Soccajoeys, it's really satisfying to know that every single day, thousands of kids are getting the best possible start to an active life, and our franchisees are reaching their financial and life goals. Supporting our franchise community is at the heart of everything we do at Soccajoeys, and I believe that's what continues to drive our combined success.
